Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Apple Interface Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and a proven track record of designing intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces for both iOS/iPadOS and macOS platforms. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and iterating on user interfaces for our next-generation applications and games, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for Apple mobile and desktop applications.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Apple Human Interface Guidelines and best practices for iOS/iPadOS and macOS.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design iterations.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries specific to Apple platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple design trends, technologies, and interface advancements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Apple platform designs.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS/iPadOS and macOS.
- Demonstrated ability to create clean, modern, and user-centric designs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Experience with responsive design principles for various screen sizes and orientations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with animation and micro-interactions for Apple platforms.
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and UI implementation in game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (SwiftUI, UIKit) to inform design decisions.
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
