Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Comedy Club Table Clearers for evening shifts. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of our showroom before, during, and after performances. This is a fast-paced environment where efficiency and a positive attitude are key to contributing to an enjoyable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly clear tables of empty glasses, dishes, and other refuse between shows and during breaks.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables and seating areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Reset tables with promotional materials, menus, or other necessary items as directed.
- Assist with basic setup and breakdown of the showroom as needed.
- Support the waitstaff and bartenders by ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist guests with basic inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff members.
Required Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue setting.
- Familiarity with comedy club operations.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
