Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who excel at written communication and problem-solving, as this role is entirely focused on digital channels – no phone calls required. As a 100% remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, supporting customers across various online platforms. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through chat, email, and social media interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolution via online channels, including chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and accounts.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and support procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a virtual environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
  • High level of digital literacy and comfort navigating various online tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide patient, clear, and concise support.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Bilingualism (e.g., English and French) is considered an asset.
