Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Search Quality Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and improving the quality of search engine results for leading platforms like Google and Bing. Your feedback will directly contribute to the accuracy, relevance, and overall user experience of search engines globally. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate search engine results based on a predefined set of guidelines and criteria.
  • Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback on the relevance and quality of search queries.
  • Identify patterns and trends in search queries and results to contribute to algorithm improvements.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all evaluations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to ensure adherence to evolving guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and project managers regarding task progress and challenges.
