Key Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive paid training program to understand products, services, and customer interaction best practices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior advisors or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
