Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Concentrix Workflow Optimizer with an operations focus to join our team in Winnipeg. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing optimized workflow solutions across various operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for efficiency, a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced contact center environment. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing productivity, reducing operational costs, and improving overall service delivery through smart work initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized workflow solutions using Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the impact of workflow changes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in workflow optimization and smart work solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in workflow optimization, process improvement, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including experience with Excel or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in a contact center or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) systems.
  • Project management experience.
