Job Description

In this role, you will analyze customer interactions across various channels, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to refining our customer service processes and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer interactions (e.g., calls, chats, emails) against established quality guidelines and standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on customer service agent performance based on evaluation results.
- Identify trends and common issues in customer interactions to pinpoint systemic problems.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service quality guidelines and training materials.
- Collaborate with team leads and training departments to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation scoring across the team.
- Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and service enhancements.
