Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Data Verification Clerk with a strong focus on Google Database systems to join our remote team. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within various Google-centric databases. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a 100% remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous data verification and validation against specified criteria in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs) and other Google database interfaces.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Ensure data compliance with established company policies and Google's data guidelines.
- Document findings, corrections, and data quality issues thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex data challenges.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide regular updates on verification progress and report any significant data anomalies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry and verification processes.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data integrity principles.
