Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and vigilant Entry-Level Drill Site Security Marshall to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This vital role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our drill site operations, personnel, and assets. As an Entry-Level Safety Marshall, you will be responsible for implementing basic security protocols, monitoring site access, and ensuring compliance with established safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to the drill site, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the site perimeter and key areas to identify and report any unusual activity or security breaches.
- Enforce site safety rules and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel.
- Respond to and report incidents, emergencies, and safety violations in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
- Operate security equipment, such as CCTV systems and communication devices.
- Assist in emergency response procedures, including evacuation drills and first aid support when required.
- Collaborate with site management and other team members to enhance overall site security and safety.
- Complete all required training and certifications for safety and security protocols.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles (even if informal).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with industrial or construction site environments.
