Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient remote customer support via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support for Apple devices and services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and support processes.
  • Adhere to Apple's policies and procedures in a remote work environment.

Required Skills
