Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate support team as a Junior Executive Assistant in our Wesley Chapel office. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, contributing to the efficient operation of a fast-paced and high-performance environment. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks, playing a key part in the success of our top-earning corporate initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a primary point of contact for executive inquiries.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical records, files, and highly confidential information.
- Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of expense reports and provide support for basic budget tracking.
- Plan and execute team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs, proactively addressing administrative challenges, and streamlining processes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, suitable for executive-level interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
