Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, assisting with inquiries, transactions, and account management.
  • Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services, such as loans, savings accounts, and digital banking solutions.
  • Educate members on credit union policies, procedures, and security measures.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
  • Resolve member issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Actively participate in paid training programs and work towards obtaining required industry certifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall member experience.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
