Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from vehicles, containers, and conveyor belts.
- Sort, scan, and label packages accurately according to destination and shipping requirements.
- Move packages to designated areas within the warehouse using manual and powered equipment (once trained and certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately read labels and instructions.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or physical labor role.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment or inventory management systems.
