Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required training programs to obtain forklift certification.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures related to forklift operation and warehouse activities.
- Assist certified forklift operators with material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, stacking, and moving products.
- Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced operators to ensure efficient workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and commit to a comprehensive training program.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Basic comprehension of verbal and written instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
