Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front Desk Support. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a vital part in creating a positive and welcoming impression. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the dealership.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take accurate messages.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Provide general information about the dealership, products, and services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth customer flow and service.
  • Support sales and service teams with various administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or luxury retail environment.
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS).
