Job Description
Are you passionate about golf and love the outdoors? The Country Club of Waterbury is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Golf Course Caddies to join our team for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your love for the game with active work, providing essential support to our esteemed members and guests on the course. You’ll enjoy significant earning potential through excellent cash tips, while working in a beautiful, natural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry golf bags for members and guests throughout their round.
- Provide accurate yardage and course information to golfers.
- Assist golfers with club selection, course strategy, and reading putts.
- Maintain pace of play and ensure an enjoyable experience for the group.
- Clean clubs and golf balls as needed during the round.
- Rake bunkers, replace divots, and assist with general course etiquette.
- Anticipate golfers' needs and provide proactive support.
- Adhere to all club rules, regulations, and caddy guidelines.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to carry golf bags for extended periods (4-5 hours).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette (training provided for enthusiastic beginners).

- Previous caddying experience.
