Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google Administrative Partner to provide exceptional business support remotely. In this Work From Home (WFH) role, you will be an integral part of our team, offering comprehensive administrative assistance and project coordination to ensure smooth operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will contribute to various initiatives, supporting our business objectives and enabling our teams to perform at their best from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and teams.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy access and adherence to data management protocols.
- Coordinate projects and events, including planning logistics, tracking timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Process expense reports, manage invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing requests to appropriate personnel.
- Proactively identify administrative needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and workflows.
- Support team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Facilitate communication across different departments and time zones, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Onboard new team members by assisting with setup, access, and initial guidance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced technology company.
