Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for Google products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Continuously learn about new Google products, services, and features to provide up-to-date support.
