Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Google Records Clerk to join our remote team. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive digital records within Google’s various platforms and internal systems. You will play a vital part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficient information retrieval for our clients. This position requires exceptional accuracy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records in Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs) and client-specific Google platforms.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure the integrity and completeness of all records.
- Organize and categorize digital documents, ensuring proper indexing and easy accessibility.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Generate reports and provide data summaries as required by team leads or clients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve record-keeping processes.
- Stay updated on best practices for data management and Google platform functionalities.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A keen eye for identifying and correcting errors.
