Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Google Scheduling Clerk to join our team in New Port Richey. This part-time afternoon position is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our scheduling systems, primarily utilizing Google Workspace tools. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring effective communication across various departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a supportive environment and possess a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex schedules and calendars using Google Calendar and other Google Workspace applications.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for staff, patients, or clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding schedule changes and confirmations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
- Ensure all scheduling information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
- Respond to inquiries related to scheduling and provide timely support.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and resolve conflicts.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a healthcare or professional services setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Associate's degree or relevant professional certification.
