Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant (Porter) to join our esteemed team at The Vincent Hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will be the first point of contact for many, providing vital support and demonstrating our commitment to outstanding service. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring efficient and careful transport to rooms.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis and providing directions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and public areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, addressing any concerns with professionalism.
- Support other hotel departments as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
