Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Gutter Cleaning Assistant to join our property maintenance team in Aberdeen. This role involves working at heights to ensure the effective clearing and maintenance of gutters on various commercial and residential properties. Full safety training and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, is physically fit, and is committed to upholding high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of gutters on diverse properties.
- Work safely at heights using ladders, cherry pickers, or scaffolding, strictly adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Inspect gutters and downpipes for blockages, damage, or wear and tear.
- Report any structural issues or potential hazards identified during work.
- Ensure all safety equipment is correctly used, maintained, and inspected before use.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site managers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outdoor or manual labour role.
- Basic understanding of building maintenance.
- Full UK driving license.
- IPAF or PASMA certification (training can be provided).
