Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Gutter Cleaning Helper to join our team in Katy, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are not afraid of heights, are comfortable working outdoors, and are committed to safety. As a Gutter Cleaning Helper, you will assist our experienced technicians in ensuring gutters are free of debris and functioning correctly. Full safety gear will be provided to ensure your well-being on every job. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in the cleaning and maintenance of residential gutters.
- Safely set up and take down ladders and other equipment.
- Remove leaves, twigs, and other debris from gutters and downspouts.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Learn and apply best practices for gutter cleaning and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Excellent physical stamina and agility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction, or home services is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
