Job Description
Are you passionate about health and wellness and have an eye for detail? Anytime Fitness is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as a Gym & Wellness Mystery Shopper. In this unique part-time role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the member experience and operational standards across various Anytime Fitness locations in the Richland, WA area. Your feedback will be instrumental in ensuring our gyms consistently deliver outstanding service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit assigned Anytime Fitness locations as a regular potential member.
- Evaluate customer service, staff interaction, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall atmosphere based on provided guidelines.
- Engage with staff, inquire about membership options, tours, and services.
- Observe and document key aspects of the gym environment and member experience.
- Complete detailed and objective reports within a specified timeframe after each visit, providing constructive feedback.
- Adhere to all confidentiality agreements and mystery shopping protocols.
- Maintain a professional and unbiased approach during all interactions and evaluations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report generation.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Reliable access to transportation to visit various gym locations.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and online reporting tools.
