Job Description

This multi-skilled role is perfect for college students or individuals eager to kickstart their career in the beauty industry, even with no prior experience. You’ll receive comprehensive training across various aspects of hair and beauty, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and creative salon environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists and beauty therapists with daily salon operations.
- Learn and practice various hair washing, conditioning, and basic styling techniques.
- Prepare treatment rooms and workstations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for clients.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization, including tidying, laundry, and equipment sterilization.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Observe and shadow advanced hair cutting, coloring, and beauty treatments to gain practical knowledge.
- Support the retail of hair and beauty products, learning about different brands and their benefits.
- Attend all in-house and external training sessions as required to develop skills.
- Manage client bookings and inquiries, using salon software where applicable.
