Job Description

In this 100% remote role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and effectiveness of our AI-powered health bots. You will meticulously review and validate bot responses, ensuring they adhere to medical guidelines, provide accurate information, and offer a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously review and validate AI health bot responses for medical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
- Identify, document, and categorize potential errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in bot's medical information delivery.
- Collaborate with medical experts, AI developers, and content creators to refine bot knowledge bases and response generation.
- Provide constructive feedback and data-driven insights to improve the bot's natural language understanding and generation capabilities.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with medical advancements and internal product updates.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of validation processes and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, concepts, and common health conditions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
