Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Household Driver for a high-net-worth individual and their family in Inglewood, California. This is a stable, long-term position requiring exceptional driving skills, an impeccable service mentality, and a strong commitment to privacy and safety. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the greater Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation, maintaining vehicle immaculate condition, and assisting with various household-related tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the principals and their guests to various destinations.
- Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic patterns and potential delays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of all assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues promptly.
- Manage vehicle servicing, fueling, and registration requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the principals' personal and professional affairs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as required by the principals' schedule.
- Assist with minor errands or support tasks related to the household as requested.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or executive families.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Impeccable driving skills, with a focus on safety, smoothness, and anticipation.
- Extensive knowledge of the greater Los Angeles area, including alternative routes and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong sense of discretion, loyalty, and confidentiality.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and manage detailing.
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation applications.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicles and their maintenance.
- Previous experience working within a private household or family office setting.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Defensive driving course completion.
