Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, including merchandising, folding, and sizing clothes.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store is aesthetically appealing.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
