Job Description
Are you a high school student looking for a fun, flexible way to earn extra cash on weekends? BestMark is seeking enthusiastic and observant High School Student Secret Shoppers in Cambridge, MA, to evaluate customer service and store environments for our diverse clientele. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop critical observation skills, and contribute to improving customer experiences for well-known brands, all while working on your own schedule. No prior experience is required – just a keen eye, good communication, and a commitment to detail!
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service locations as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including cleanliness, staff friendliness, product availability, and service quality.
- Interact with staff as instructed by scenario guidelines.
- Complete detailed online questionnaires/reports accurately and promptly after each visit.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details.
- Adhere to all project guidelines and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear report generation.
- Reliable access to transportation to assigned locations in Cambridge, MA and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Access to a computer or smartphone for reporting.

- A natural curiosity and interest in customer service.
- Previous volunteer or informal work experience.
- Strong ethical conduct and integrity.
