Job Description

This vital role involves providing essential care and support to clients within their own homes across Chichester and the surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and offer companionship, ensuring our clients maintain their dignity and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with medication management, ensuring adherence to care plans.
- Prepare and cook meals, assisting with feeding as required.
- Perform light household duties and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if necessary.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
