Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Online Community Support Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who excel in written communication and prefer a text-only interaction environment. As an Online Community Support (EA), you will be the backbone of our community, engaging with creators and patrons, resolving issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere entirely through text-based channels. You will not be required to handle any voice calls. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support, moderating discussions, and ensuring our community guidelines are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, text-based support to creators and patrons through email, chat, and community forums.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding platform features, policies, and troubleshooting.
- Moderate community discussions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and fostering a respectful environment.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of help articles and FAQs.
- Collect and report user feedback to help inform product development and policy changes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform's functionality and updates.
- Assist with community engagement initiatives and special projects as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proven ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely through text.
- Strong empathy and ability to understand user needs and concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with online community platforms and support tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in text-based customer support, online moderation, or community management.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Familiarity with the creator economy and passion for supporting artists.
