Job Description

As a Personal Trainer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gym floor and the success of our personal training sessions. You will assist our certified personal trainers with various tasks, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality coaching to our members. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation for a rewarding career in fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Personal Trainers with session set-up and take-down of equipment.
- Ensuring training areas are clean, tidy, and organized before and after sessions.
- Providing support to members, including answering basic questions about gym equipment and layout.
- Helping with administrative tasks such as booking management and client check-ins.
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all gym users.
- Learning and applying best practices for client support and gym operations.
- Assisting with basic maintenance and reporting of equipment issues.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
