Job Description

As a Pinterest Operations Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of various operational processes across Pinterest. This is a remote, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You will assist in data management, content review support, community guidelines enforcement, and administrative tasks, contributing directly to the quality and safety of the Pinterest platform. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the moderation and review of user-generated content to ensure compliance with Pinterest's community guidelines.
  • Support data entry and maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity of operational databases.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve operational discrepancies and improve workflows.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on operational metrics and content performance.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Help in onboarding new processes or tools by documenting procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform policies and operational best practices.

Required Skills
