Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Warehouse Laborers to join our bustling distribution center in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, on-site role is vital to our operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require strength, stamina, and attention to detail, contributing directly to our supply chain success. We offer top hourly pay for individuals committed to hard work and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently by hand, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Verify computations against physical inventory for accuracy.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role (6+ months).
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
