Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and engineers with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software on-site.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, computing devices, and peripheral equipment in industrial settings.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in various field environments.
- Support inventory management for IT equipment and spare parts.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Travel to various project sites as required, potentially across different regions.
Required Skills
