Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide professional, friendly service in person and over the phone.
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
- Assist members with account inquiries, new account openings, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify member needs and offer appropriate credit union products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products, services, and policies.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and computer systems.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
