Job Description
Are you a versatile and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality? Greene King is seeking a dedicated Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team at a vibrant regional pub with accommodation in Pontcanna, Cardiff. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a dynamic environment, supporting all aspects of our busy operation. You’ll be working across bar service, restaurant service, kitchen support, and accommodation duties, ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate till systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assist with kitchen duties, including food preparation, washing up, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and communal areas to a high standard.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the pub and accommodation.
- Support inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality role (bar, restaurant, or hotel).
- Experience with till systems or point-of-sale software.
- First Aid qualification.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate.
