Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern with a focus on Corporate Recruitment to join our remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a large, dynamic organization. You will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate recruitment efforts, learning best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with various stages of the hiring process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies, including social media outreach.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor talent strategies, and best practices in corporate recruitment.
- Prepare offer letters, assist with pre-employment checks, and support the initial stages of the onboarding process.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to all data privacy regulations.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
