Job Description
Join Local Bounti as a Hydroponic Picker and become an essential part of our modern farming team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and harvest mature hydroponic crops according to quality standards and production schedules.
- Inspect plants for quality issues, pests, or diseases and report findings to supervisors.
- Carefully package harvested produce to maintain freshness and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Operate basic harvesting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
