Key Responsibilities
- Precisely fit and adjust sofa covers on various IKEA sofa models, ensuring a flawless and wrinkle-free appearance.
- Inspect sofa frames and covers for any defects or damage before and after fitting, reporting issues as needed.
- Handle a variety of textile materials, demonstrating care and an understanding of fabric characteristics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all IKEA operational and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing updates on fitting progress and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with inventory management of sofa covers, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, embracing IKEA's values.
