Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the rigging up and rigging down of fracturing equipment at well sites.
- Operate various pieces of equipment under direct supervision, following all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Actively participate in safety meetings and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational status and safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments, including various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in heavy labor, construction, or agricultural roles.
- Class A CDL or willingness to obtain one (company may assist in obtaining).
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment and operations.
