Job Description

In this pivotal remote role, you will be among the first to experience unreleased series, films, and interactive content, providing critical feedback that directly influences the final product. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and thoroughly evaluate unreleased Netflix content, including series, films, and documentaries, across various genres and formats.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and actionable feedback on content quality, user experience, technical performance, and overall enjoyment.
- Identify and report any bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies related to streaming, subtitles, audio, or visual elements.
- Complete surveys, questionnaires, and participate in virtual feedback sessions as required.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements regarding all pre-release content and project details.
- Maintain a keen awareness of current entertainment trends and audience preferences to offer relevant insights.
- Test new features or functionalities within the Netflix platform as they relate to content playback and discovery.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to evaluate content comprehensively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to spot subtle errors or areas for improvement.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a compatible streaming device (Smart TV, computer, tablet, smartphone).
