Job Description

Join Old National Bank as a Part-Time Float Teller and become an integral part of our customer service team, serving various branch locations within the Bloomington area. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support multiple branches, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client experiences wherever you go. You’ll handle a variety of transactions, build rapport with customers, and contribute to a positive banking environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate bank products and services.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including security protocols.
  • Travel to various Old National Bank branch locations within the Bloomington geographic area as assigned.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch, as needed.
  • Support branch team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel to different branch locations within the designated area.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous teller experience in a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Associate's degree or some college coursework.
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish/English).
