Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products, creating appealing displays, and ensuring proper signage.
• Provide product information and recommendations to guests, answering questions and resolving minor issues.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves, backroom organization, and product retrieval.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling monetary transactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift, and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail setting (including volunteer work or school projects) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and product knowledge.
• A passion for retail and creating exceptional guest experiences.
