Job Description
Broadcom is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Student Partner to join our Business Support team in Downtown Santa Ana. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting various business operations. You will work closely with different departments, assisting with administrative tasks, data management, and project coordination. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to business processes, enhance organizational skills, and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support team members with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct basic research and compile information as needed for various projects.
- Help streamline administrative processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Handle general office support tasks, including correspondence and communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business, Administration, or related field preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
