Job Description

Are you a highly empathetic and persuasive communicator with a knack for problem-solving? Virgin Media O2 is seeking a dedicated Remote Subscription Cancellation Agent to join our dynamic customer retention team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Wolverhampton. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers who are considering cancelling their Virgin Media O2 services, understand their concerns, and provide compelling solutions to encourage them to stay. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers expressing intent to cancel services via phone, chat, and email.

  • Handle objections and difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
