Job Description

Planet Fitness is looking for dedicated Gym & Wellness Mystery Shoppers to help us maintain and improve the quality of our facilities and services. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Planet Fitness locations as a regular customer, adhering to a pre-defined scenario or checklist.
- Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, facility ambiance, and overall member experience.
- Interact with staff members discreetly, assessing their responsiveness, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
- Observe and report on specific operational aspects, such as check-in processes, class availability, and locker room conditions.
- Complete detailed and objective reports within a specified timeframe after each visit, providing written feedback and ratings.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all mystery shopping activities and findings.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to remain discreet and objective during evaluations.
- Reliable access to transportation to visit assigned locations.
- Proficiency in using online platforms for report submission.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in mystery shopping, quality assurance, or customer service evaluation.
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and gym environments.
