Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT support? Our IT Support Apprentice program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and develop essential skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. This full-time apprenticeship is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience who are ready to dive into the world of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and user support. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real-world projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our technological ecosystem. This is a hybrid role based in our Cambridge, MA office, combining on-site collaboration with remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment and systems.
- Document support tickets, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT specialists on complex technical problems.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage equipment lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in information technology and a desire to learn.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification.
