Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work independently in a remote environment while staying connected and collaborative with team members.
