Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Sort and organize packages into designated areas within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack items for outbound shipments according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively, if certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize scanning technology to track inventory movement.
- Communicate effectively with on-site staff regarding task progress and any issues.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift and move packages up to 49 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or scanning technology.
- Certification in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
